Furthermore is aim is to introduce the Intelligence cycle and strategic Intelligence analysis as decision support tools for high management and decision-makers.
If a company aims for success, it has to analyse its strengths and weaknesses and at the same time information and communication have to be mastered as they are strategic issues. Today, managers must be able to decipher reality. The use of information technologies improves knowledge capacities and ability to react. Companies have to invest in research and development if they want to be innovative and they also have to strengthen their position to be at the same time partner and competitor, allied and enemy. When everything is equal you can create a gap through knowledge management and more information.
