Technical Support is provided in English, French and Arabic languages to cater to a wide range of customers. Response to technical support requests is provided via email, phone and onsite for our customers depending on the severity of the issue. Support personnel are available for our customers either 8×5, 8×7 or 24×7 depending on the choice of Maintenance and Support contracts.
